This project begins with the creation of a fictional artist identity, using it to explore the relationship between the artist and the environment in which they live.

The name “Ting Tong Chang” is taken from the British comedy series *Little Britain* and its parody of Asian characters. Appropriating this racially stereotyped name, the artist sent letters under this identity to various British political parties and government institutions.

The resulting correspondence was collected and presented publicly as an archive.
